Registration
Participants register annually for one or more of the three options.
Registrations will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.
Following completion of each year's sessions, a CEU certificate will
be provided by Stellenbosch University.
Successful registration for Option A is dependent on the availability
of seats at the venue. Each registration will be confirmed by e-mail.

NOTE: Please ensure that you select the correct category for registration. No refunds will be
issued for incorrect selections and payments. To qualify for an "early bird" discount of 10% on the
above fees, you must register and pay before 29 February 2012.
Cancellation fee:
Cancellation on or before 22 February 2012 qualifies for a 50% refund of the
registration fee. No monies will be refunded for cancellations after this date.
Payments:
- Credit cards: A secure online registration facility
is available on the website. Please take advantage of the convenience and register online.
- Should you prefer to pay per cheque, all cheques must be made
payable to Stellenbosch University. It should be mailed, together
with the completed registration form, to: Consultus (Pty) Ltd.,
Psychologist CPD Well Programme, PO Box 19063, Tygerberg 7505.
